The hotel is ideally located in the center of Arrowtown, right by the tavern and central to all attractions. While the rooms were comfortable, the noise from the back courtyard of the pub could be disruptive at night. The service fell short in communication and responsiveness at times. The dining experience was superb with a fantastic pancake platter, and the location was quiet despite being in a pub setting.
